Brian E. O’Connor is a partner in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr and Gallagher LLP and the Chair of the Bankruptcy Litigation Practice Group in New York. Mr. O’Connor specializes in bankruptcy litigation, securities litigation, merger and acquisition litigation and general complex commercial litigation. Mr. O’Connor was recognized as one of the 2010 New York Super Lawyers in Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights.
