Frank A. Daniele is a partner in the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York.  Mr. Daniele specializes in executive compensation and ERISA fiduciary law. 

Mr. Daniele regularly advises both employers and executives on all aspects of executive compensation, including tax, securities law, accounting and corporate governance considerations.  He also has extensive experience in structuring compensation for senior management in M&A and private equity transactions. 

With regard to ERISA, Mr. Daniele advises investment advisers, broker-dealers, banks, insurance companies, private equity funds and hedge funds on the fiduciary responsibility provisions of ERISA governing investments by pension and savings plans.  He also has worked with the Department of Labor on “prohibited transaction” matters.

Selected Professional and Business Activities

Mr. Daniele is a contributing author to ERISA Fiduciary Law (BNA) and is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations, and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.  Mr. Daniele is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Employee Benefits Law.

Mr. Daniele is a member of the American Bar Association Joint Committee on Employee Benefits, and Subcommittee on Executive Compensation.
