Jan Wilms is national partner in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Frankfurt, where he leads the German Finance Group.
Mr. Wilms specializes in advising on all types of syndicated lending transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged buy-out financing, project financing and corporate loans. He regularly advises financial investors, and private equity firms and their respective portfolio companies in the area of acquisition and project finance, as well as corporate borrowers, banks and other institutions on all types of syndicated lending transactions.
Mr. Wilms is fluent in German and English.

Prior to joining Willkie, Mr. Wilms was an associate in the Frankfurt office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
